- All applicants for Membership should complete a Membership Form and this will be considered by the Club’s Executive Committee.
- All Members will be provided with a Club handbook that includes fixture lists and a summary of the Club Rules.
- Membership fees are due on the 1st of July each year. New Members joining the Club after 1st September should start their Standing Order as soon as possible.
- Monthly Standing Order payments are for the full 12 months of the year.
- The above Membership fees do not include ground admission and/or programme for matches, except for playing members involved in other matches.
- Unwaged Playing Members must change to Full Playing Membership when they become fully employed.
- Only Members whose subscriptions are fully paid by the 1st of July are eligible to apply for International Tickets. All Members must pay full face value for tickets and may not resell tickets.
- New Juniors may have 1 session free before starting to pay Membership fees. Junior members can only use the gym under adult supervision of their team coaches as part of a normal training session.
On acceptance of your membership, the Membership Secretary will provide the relevant details for Membership payment.
All new Mini/Junior Members and their parents/guardians need to contact the Age Group Team Manager who will advise on the RFU Registration process and advise of the monthly Direct Debit payments.
